Since the two biggest expenses will probably be the site and the food, and since a lot of what everyone else will be doing will be to support those expenses either directly or indirectly (eg., soliciting sponsorships), the more on-target your estimates are, the more useful.

One person suggested the Reich Hotel; Paula Stern of WritePoint has offered use of her space (I don't know how big / practical it is). Other ideas were Beit Avi Chai, Nefesh B’Nefesh, Aish HaTorah, Neve Yerushalayim.

Yehudis Schamroth (you can message her via the membership list) offered to help with finding a site, too. I suggest you contact her, since she has done conferences a lot, working with her husband organizing his workshops, etc.
