Based upon this Bus Map (http://web.me.com/jerubus/English_Site/Jerusalem_Bus_Map_files/English_2.pdf), the busses nearest are 4 and 28.

If anyone is familiar with bus routes in and around Paran St., please speak up and share your recommendations! Thanks!
